• Role: Team Coach / Facilitator.

• Context: Development of an app targeting aid organizations and volunteers to assist the homeless .

• Project Goal: Contributing to the elimination of homelessness in Stockholm by Christmas 2025.

• Period: Commenced March 2025.

• Team Size: 10 dedicated members (cross-functional team).

• Methodology: Works fully Agile using the Scrum framework.

• Core Facilitation: Leads all team ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

• Impediment Removal: Key focus on facilitating processes and removing obstacles to ensure smooth and sustainable workflow.

• Productivity Result: Successfully increased maximum team output from 1 ticket per sprint to 16 tickets per sprint.

• Engagement Strategy: Addressed lacking engagement by driving initiatives, including expert lectures and Minecraft-based team-building activities.

• Organizational Scope: Leads the development of team coaching on an organizational level, to aid setting the blueprint on how to work with teams.

• Strategic Focus: Co-leading a business case analysis for the entire organization as an extra assignment.
