I’m a professional specializing in project management and solution architecture, focused on driving high-quality technical delivery within game and software development. My ability to coordinate large efforts was recently demonstrated when I served as Producer for the title Steamwrecked, leading a 17-person cross-functional team through an intense 7-week production cycle. We were proud that the project earned a nomination for Best Technology New Talent and won the prestiguous Gamer's Choice Award at the Swedish Game Awards 2025, validating the strong technical execution in Unreal Engine.

I use agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban to organize workflows, manage release planning, and ensure our development pace is transparent and sustainable. As a leader, I prioritize empathy, psychological safety and clear communication, acting as a coach to help designers, programmers, and artists collaborate effectively.

While my focus is on production, project management and coaching, my background as a Solution Architect and Senior Software Engineer means I understand the importance of robust technical infrastructure, including scalable cloud solutions and microservices. Before moving into leadership roles, I gained years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer, primarily working with C#, SQL, X++ and .NET.
